MARKETING/OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree a MUST (Business, Accounting, Finance preferred)
- 1 year of experience working with databases, spreadsheets & other reporting functions
- Proficiency in all MS OFFICE applications - especially EXCEL
- Tremendous attention to detail - and superior organizational skills
- EXPERIENCE IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT - (BEAUTY/LUXURY/FASHION/RETAIL marketing/operations)
- Excellent interpersonal skills & business acumen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manitain & update database containing information relating to Sales, Marketing, Product Volume, Inventory
- Generate reports for a variety of business areas including: FINANCE, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MERCHANDISING
- Notify all parties of changes in information in a timely manner
- Coordinate specific Project Management timelines
- Create Excel spreadsheets & other reports
- Participate in Marketing/Operations team meetings
